Dang, pretty neat! Only thing I'd suggest is to make the text appearance feel more animated, it looks really stiff with the way it currently is. The font also seems like it could be difficult to read, so I'd also suggest maybe finding a more simple font.

Seems like a fun game, I love the art style and the colors are pleasing to the eyes. I just could not figure out how to get past the airplane.

Very nice little simplistic game. Obviously this was made under a certain amount of time for the jam, so It's not going to be super polished or anything, but It's fairly competent in what It's aiming to be. I suppose my only criticisms would be lack of sound fx, blurry font, and the little variation in enemies / guns, considering you're only given the three choices of a blaster, shotgun or machine gun. The sprite work was nice too, as well as the forgiving nature of the game when you jump off the ship. Nice job.

Loved playing this when I was younger. Fantastic work.
